In which country?

If you speak Afrikaans, then go to South Africa
If you speak German, then maybe try Namibia

You’re good to go already because you got more knowledge already than the average person working in the same field.
Some African countries were European colonies before (German, Netherland, Spanish) . Depending which country you want to work in, beside being a native english speaker your priority should be this european language.
