Spook Hill in Central Florida (Lake Wales). It is a hill where you can put your car in neutral and you'll "coast" uphill.
References :
http://www.the-cheap-traveler.com

Acid Park in Wilson, NC!!
A father built it in memory of his daughter back in the 70s who died of a car accident on her prom night. Story goes that they were drunk driving and she hit a tree. The car burned and still remains in the exact spot, wrapped around a tree. Her father went crazy and began building these metal things.
It's a bunch of tall whirly gigs and a ton of reflectors that give off an eerie glow from far away. You have to go there at night.
Legend says if you go there past midnight on prom night you can hear screaming.
It got the name Acid Park because people used to go up there to trip on acid.
References :
Been there with a group before and it was very creepy!

"Mitchell Corn Palace",is built out of reinforced concrete, not corn. Every spring, however, its exterior is completely covered with thousands of bushels of native South Dakota corn, grain and grasses that are arranged into large "murals".

Sedona, AZ is supposed to be a "vortex" where people experience psychic or spiritual connections. I don't know if that fits into what you would consider weird, but it's different when compared to some place like, say, Cleveland.
